My path into learning design began with a simple question: How can I make complex information easier for people to understand and use? Since then, I’ve created more than 300 instructional resources, from eLearning courses and videos to job aids and blended learning programs, especially in healthcare, manufacturing and regulated environments.
I enjoy taking policies, procedures, and performance challenges that feel overwhelming and turning them into learning experiences that feel clear, practical, and approachable.
