Employees needed a clear and practical way to understand workplace ethics without completing a long, information-heavy compliance course.

Topics such as conflicts of interest, data privacy, responsible AI use, and reporting concerns required more than policy definitions. Employees needed opportunities to decide what they would do in realistic situations.

I designed a 10-minute Rise 360 course that combines short videos, workplace scenarios, click-to-reveal activities, flashcards, practice questions, and a final knowledge check.

The course focuses on applying ethical expectations instead of memorizing policy language.

I identified the decisions employees must make when they recognize an ethical concern.

I divided the course into short sections covering:

• Ethics and compliance

• Data privacy
• Responsible AI use
• Reporting concerns

I used Rise 360 to create a clean, mobile-friendly course. Canva supported the visual design, and HeyGen AI was used to create short instructional videos.

Learners worked through realistic workplace examples and received feedback before completing the final knowledge check.
